Ingredients:
1. Banana
1 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Yogurt/Curd
3-4 Ice Cubes
Tips:
- Freeze your fruits overnight for a thicker consistency, this will also result in requiring lesser number of ice cubes
- Use a ripe banana (darker one)
Steps:
- Add the ingredients (banana, strawberries, yogurt and ice cubes) in a blender and mix it! The mixture should be thick. If you need, add 1-2 tbsp of milk so that it blends smoothly
- Once you’ve made the smoothie, transfer it into a bowl and add some sliced fresh fruit (we recommend bananas and strawberries) and either SnacQ Honey, Berries & Nuts Granola or SnacQ Dark Chocolate Granola. Garnish it with some chia and flax seeds.
